Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a supportive setting where members can bridge gaps through open and honest communication. By exploring each person’s unique perspective, we foster a deeper mutual understanding and a path toward shared healing. Our collaborative approach helps you navigate challenges as a unit, building a stronger foundation of support and connection. Together, we move toward a more harmonious and hopeful future.

Adult Individual Therapy

Adult individual therapy offers a private, reflective space to explore anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling stuck. We work at a thoughtful pace to understand the deeper patterns and experiences shaping how you feel today. Over time, this depth-oriented work can increase clarity, emotional steadiness, and a stronger sense of self. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique history, needs, and goals. We provide queer and gender-affirming, trauma-informed care that honors diverse identities, relationships, and lived experiences with respect and curiosity.

Child Therapy

Child therapy offers a safe, playful space for children to express feelings they may not yet have words for. Through conversation, imagination, and creative activities, we help children work through worries, behavior challenges, and big life changes. Parents are included as partners in the process so support can continue at home. Our goal is to strengthen coping skills, resilience, and a child’s sense of being understood.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space for partners to better understand recurring conflicts, communication patterns, and emotional distance. Together, we slow down difficult moments, explore each person’s experience, and practice new ways of talking and listening. The focus is on rebuilding trust, increasing safety, and strengthening connection, whether you are in crisis or simply feeling disconnected. We welcome monogamous, polyamorous, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, and our clinicians offer affirming care grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion for diverse relationship structures and identities.
