Lindsey Carlson
Background and Approach
You may look like you’re holding it all together on the outside, but inside feel anxious or overwhelmed. Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating significant life or career transitions, feeling burnt out and disconnected from their sense of direction or purpose. I work with adults, couples and adolescents experiencing anxiety, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded and regulated while developing greater clarity and alignment in your daily life.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I pull from psychodynamic and relational therapy, somatic interventions, mindfulness practices, and evidence-based models to address both emotional patterns and the physiological effects of stress and trauma. Treatment is collaborative and gentle, focused on building resilience and lasting change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS and am trained in EMDR. If you’re feeling stuck or at a crossroads, therapy can help. Reach out to schedule a consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
