Background and Approach

Do you appear to be holding things together on the outside while feeling anxious and overwhelmed on the inside? You may be navigating a major life transition, struggling with changes in your body, questioning your identity or direction, or finding that old ways of coping and surviving no longer work. Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating big changes and with curiosity around what "it" all means. I specialize in supporting women and gender-expansive individuals across the lifespan; from adolescence to midlife, perimenopause and beyond. My work is to create a grounded space where all your parts can be truly seen.Â
My work often focuses on life transitions, body image concerns, identity & gender exploration, anxiety, trauma, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, perimenopause, menopause, and the emotional impact of living in a body within a system that wasn’t made for it. I also work with adolescents and couples navigating developmental and relationship transitions.Â
My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, somatic interventions, mindfulness, parts work, and EMDR. Together, we'll move at a pace that supports safety and meaningful change. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, please reach out if you're curious to explore if working together might be a fit.
